Red Light Therapy and Colonic

How the combo works

You start in the Pod Wellness pod for 30 minutes, then move to the colonic. One booking, one visit.

The pod runs infrared heat, red light, and gentle lymphatic vibration with your head out. The colonic is the same gentle, closed system session Lorna does every day: warm filtered water, single use tubing, a private room.

A first visit with the combo is about 2 hours, because Lorna does a consult first and the intake form comes with the booking. If you have been in before, plan on about 90 minutes.

What to expect

1. Book the right oneFirst time at Tummy Solutions? Book the first visit combo. Been in before? Book the returning combo.
2. Two hours beforeNothing to eat or drink for two hours before your time.
3. Pod first, 30 minutesHead out, face cool, the rest of you warming up under infrared and red light.
4. Then the colonicAbout 30 to 40 minutes on the table in a private room, covered the whole time.
