Tummy Solutions LLC ("we," "us") is a wellness practice in Clarksville, TN. This policy explains what information we collect from clients and website visitors, how we use it, and the choices you have. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect information you provide directly to us when you schedule an appointment, complete an intake form, or contact us: your name, phone number, email address, and scheduling details. If you contact us through the website, by phone, or by text message, we keep a record of that communication so we can follow up with you. Health information you share with us in the course of care is handled under applicable healthcare privacy laws and is not used for the communications described in this policy.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use your contact information to run the practice: scheduling and confirming appointments, sending appointment reminders, responding to your questions, and following up after a visit, including inviting you to leave a review. We do not use your information for anything unrelated to serving you as a client.

TEXT MESSAGING AND MOBILE INFORMATION

If you provide your mobile number when scheduling or on an intake form, you may choose to receive text messages from Tummy Solutions about scheduling: appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, and a review request after a visit. Our text messages never include medical, health, or treatment information. Message frequency varies with your appointment activity. Message and data rates may apply.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

How consent is collected: When you schedule an appointment by phone or in person, our staff asks: "Would you like to receive appointment reminder and confirmation text messages from Tummy Solutions at this number? Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, reply STOP at any time to opt out or HELP for help, and agreeing is not required to book or receive care." Your answer is recorded in our scheduling system.

We use a messaging platform solely to deliver our own messages to you; it may not use your number for any other purpose. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (for example, our scheduling and messaging platforms), and only so they can perform those services for us. We may also disclose information if required by law.

DATA RETENTION AND SECURITY

We keep client records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal, healthcare, and accounting requirements. We take reasonable measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

YOUR CHOICES

You may ask us at any time to update or delete the contact information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing lorna@tummysolutions.com or calling (931) 906-8083.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
